Old English Brand offers you competitive prices. Your total order price will include the price of the product (on the day of shipping) plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges. Old English Brand.com reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at Old English Brand.com at any time.

Return Policy
Please note that Old English Brand.com only permits the return of products due to a shipping error or order processing error and that all sales are final. If you have received an incorrect product due to an shipping or order processing error, please use the following return process:

1. Please contact Old English Brand.com customer sevice by scrolling all the way down to request a Return Material Authorization. Please have your order number avilable when calling. .You must request return authorization with in 10 business days of receipt of the product in accordance with return policy (noted above).

2. If return material is approved, the support representative will also provide you with return spreical instruction and adress infomation.

3. You must either insure your package for safe return to Old English Brand.com or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

4 Apply proper postage and mail (no COD's will be accepted)

5. In order to speed up the process, the product must be returned to the warehouse within 10 business days of the return material authorization.. All products must be packed in save packing.

6. NOTE: Old English Brand.com uses UPS and USPS. Depending on shippers adress we choice the best sufficent company to mail your product.

7. Old English Brand.com will shipp all prodcut with tracking numbers for all product order.

8.Defective Items
If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any Old English Brand.com product, please scroll all the way down and e-mail and select Defective category. Defective products must be reported in 3 business days after you receive the product.
